She works with churches, ministries business owners who are not reaching the outcomes they want. She helps leaders connect to people. Mimi helps people make connections not just transactions through building authentic relationships by telling your “WHY” to your audience. Mimi is an effective, ambitious professional with over 25 years of accomplishment and has demonstrated success driving organizational growth. She is tenacious in building relationships between generations.

Dr. Wes Parham is an organizational psychologist, higher education professional, and youth pastor with a passion for challenging and developing individuals and organizations.  Wes has a Bachelor’s degree in communication, a Masters degree in Business, and a Ph.D. in Organizational leadership.  He has served held numerous roles in corporate and higher education organizations, and also in ministry. Ranging from a youth pastor, young adult leader, director of discipleship, and more. In each one of these roles Dr. Parham has always worked to help individuals and organizations to reach their ultimate goals and to be the people God has made them to be. Dr. Wes uses a mix of humor, social commentary, and critical thought to get individuals to critically examine themselves and their cultural realities.  His newest area of emphasis is on the intersection of selective exposure theory, millennials, and haters.  Dr. Wes hopes to challenge, grow, and entertain the next generation of leaders and the new breed of innovative organizations.

Alisa J. Henley is an author, speaker/teacher and entrepreneur. Alisa has empowered many to regain their focus and develop their passion through her powerful teaching of restoration and grace. She lives by the promise articulated in Philippians 1:6 being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.  In her local ministry, she has served on the prayer team and taught Sunday School & New Member orientation.
Alisa has empowered leaders of faith-based organizations to regain their focus and fulfil their mission through training & leadership development and strategic planning. She serves as the executive director for The Sunshine Organization where their focus is to create, grow and strengthen healthier faith-based organizations. She serves as trustee on several national boards including the North America Missions Board (NAMB) and Blue River Baptist Association. She teaches for Global Grace Seminary. Alisa travels the world delivering keynote addresses on vision and leadership.
