Dr. Alisa J. Henley, PhD is known for her practical and profound approach of fusing the Word of God with real-life applicable stories. Her charismatic style inspires to encourage, informs to enlighten, instructs to educate and invests to empower.
Dr. Alisa J. equips listeners with tools to help them live their vision. She is a dynamic speaker, motivator, coach and leadership mentor. Not being a stranger to national audiences, she is an internal speaker, she has appeared on Trinity Broadcasting Network, as well as in national publications.
Dr. Alisa J. is the founder of The Sunshine Organization which provides leadership development training and strategic planning services to nonprofits and faith-based organizations. She teaches leadership development classes for Global Grace Seminary; and serves on the Board of Trustees for North American Mission Board.
Dr. Alisa J. has earned a PhD in Industrial Psychology – Organizational Development. She has authored five books including Catch The Vision, Stay the Course and Find It, Follow It, Finish It, 12 Mindset Shifts to Ignite Your Vision.
