Does your faith-based organization have a strategic plan for success?
Strategic planning is an important part of the creation, development and growth of any organization. Faith-based organizations that are interested in growth are not exempt from planning.
Faith-based planning helps the organization map out strategic steps to achieve its mission and vision.
Faith-based organizations can experience a level of success without a plan, but those who invest the time and resources into developing a specific strategy and plan can achieve success at a much quicker pace.

You Will…
1. Revise or Create a Vision, Mission and Values Statement – “determines strategy, planning and resources”
2. Do (SWOT) Analysis – “strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats”
3. Perform Gap Analysis – “where are we compared to where we want to be”?
4. Write Organizational Goals – “SMART” (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely)
For an investment of $450, you can bring 4 leaders to all 3 sessions (2 offsite***, and 1 onsite); materials and breakfast buffet included. ***offsite sessions scheduled for September 10th & 24th @ Kauffman Foundation Conference Center, Onsite session is scheduled at your site.
Your Strategic Plan will be a living document consisting of organizational goals for the short term (3-6 months) and long-term (1-3 years). You will also develop an implementation plan.
